As a first-time business owner, Marissa put herself through night school while working as a manicurist before taking the leap into entrepreneurial life to open her own nail lounge with her boyfriend, Patrick. The goal behind Blush LA was to “create a space and place where people can care for themselves in a warm inviting environment.” And that’s exactly what Patrick and Marissa gave the City of Los Angeles in 2018.
